Pastor Ian Leitch steps to the pulpit with a heart overflowing—tears, laughter, and raw honesty—as he shares what a lifetime of mountains and valleys has taught him about truly living for Christ. In this powerful message, he challenges us with Ephesians 5: 'Don't get drunk with wine... but be filled with the Spirit.' With warmth, wit, and Scottish fire, Pastor Ian shows why rules and legalism fail, while a Spirit-controlled life produces the very reflection of Jesus the world is longing to see—in our marriages, relationships, generosity, and everyday obedience.
He reminds us not to grieve the Holy Spirit through disobedience or to quench Him by ignoring His promptings. Instead, yield fully so Christ lives through you—loving sacrificially, giving generously, and shining brightly even in storms. Drawing from personal stories of India, family life, Moody Bible Institute, and spontaneous acts of obedience, this message will stir your heart to deeper surrender.
