Indian parenting has a fear problem — and it's quietly holding our kids back. 😶
We don't raise kids under pressure. We raise them in fear of failing.
From a young age they learn: don't make mistakes, don't fail exams, don't disappoint, don't take risks. And slowly that fear becomes who they are — they stop asking questions, stop experimenting, stop trying anything they're not already good at.
But every great entrepreneur, scientist and innovator failed — repeatedly. Failure wasn't their weakness. It was their teacher.
So what if we changed one thing?
"What marks did you get?" → "What did you learn?"
Rewarding perfection → rewarding courage.
Celebrating obedience → celebrating curiosity.
Because the future doesn't belong to kids who never fail. It belongs to kids who aren't afraid to. 🎓
