Struggle with C O N S I S T E N C Y?
You’re not alone! I think we all struggle with it and it S U C K S!!! I know. Being consistent is something every single client I’ve ever worked with has struggled with and it’s super common. We all want to do the things we know are good for us but when it comes down to “making it happen” we pause … waste time…. do something else to fill the time… and we procrastinate till we have 5 mins left! How do I know?? Well, I’m human.
So what do I recommend? There are a number of things that have helped me get my “act together” and some of those I use to this day. Grab a pen.
