The ag market is genuinely tough right now: compressed commodity prices, higher input and equipment costs, and growers scrutinizing every dollar. Yet some founders and agribusinesses are still growing and hitting their numbers. The difference often comes down to mindset. The ones winning ask "what can I do to influence the market?" instead of "what is the market giving me?"
This episode makes the case that the story a company tells itself about the market becomes an input into real results.
