And I heard as it were the voice of a great multitude, and as the voice of many waters, and as the voice of mighty thunderings, saying, Alleluia: for the Lord God omnipotent reigneth.”
The four and twenty elders (24 Elders) represent exaltation-worthy saints that John first identified in Revelation chapter 4 as disembodied spirits in celestial paradise as of 96 AD, when John had his vision on Patmos island.
