This podcast explains the imagery and symbolism used by John in Revelation 17:12-13, which states: “And the ten horns which thou sawest are ten kings, which have received no kingdom as yet; but receive power as kings one hour with the beast. These have one mind, and shall give their power and strength unto the beast.”
The ten horns are mentioned several times in the book of Revelation, including the 10 horns on the seventh head of the First Beast in Revelation 13:1, and again on the scarlet-colored beast in Revelation 17:2. The ten horns represent power. They are ten in number to symbolize that they are one part of the whole power of Satan’s seventh kingdom in the modern era.
