In this episode, we talk to Judith Plowman and Nosayba Azhari. Judith started caving in her 70s, and has since fallen in love with the sport. Nosayba started caving with the University of Leeds having had very little previous interaction with the great outdoors. This episode brings together two inspiring women to talk about their experiences of starting out as a caver.
