Temporada 2
In Defence of Camping
We went camping with my extended family for our summer holiday. Same as we have nearly every year for the last decade. When I tell people that our holiday is camping in an unserviced field in Dorset reactions usually range from horror to bemusement. "Camping??? like in a tent?" No sun beds, palm trees and unlimited Pina Coladas? A lot of people don't consider camping a holiday - but they are wrong. Tonight i'm going to explain why.
Temporada 1
Sedentary Circus
I played two truths and a lie with the following: I have performed in an Opera, I have performed in a Circus, I have performed CPR on a person. Join me for the last episode of Series 1 where I explore the wonder of the modern circus and spend some time talking about each person playing to their own strengths. The pod will be back fully refreshed with a new series for you all before the Autumn.
Long Handled Titanium Teaspoon
Can you make a 45 minute Podcast about 'Teaspoons' that doesn't lose you your entire fanbase? Time to find out! I didn't have any time to give to the Podcast this week so I set a challenge instead. Make an episode about Teaspoons.
What's Bugging you
This week I am talking Creepy Crawlies, bugs and critters and things that bite in the night. The office where I record this podcast is infested with venomous False Widow Spiders but we have learned to tolerate each other.
Credo
Everyone Has a plan, until they get punched in the face. This episode is about my divorce and the rough ride to being ok again. A departure from the usual this week, not many laughs, instead I am talking straight from the heart about the most important things in my life. I needed a good cry and so I did it, into a podcast. I feel much better thank you and I hope you too can find some small comfort in this weeks episode. Normal Cornelius will return next week with the humour you love.
Real Men Don't Need Sat Nav
A few years ago my parked car was crashed int0, at high speed, by a car with no driver. When the recovery truck finally arrived it was driven by a real manly man who laughed at me when I suggested he use a Sat Nav to guide us back to my house. Welcome to Uncredible Adventures, I'm Cornelius, every week I tell a story to entertain you. If you want find out more then come over to www.uncredibleadventures.com
Bitter Sweet
More stories from the Emerald Isle. Cornelius shares tales from the Guinness brewery in Dublin & explore the genetic reasons for Bitter or Sweet Preferences. Also take a frank look at Kilmainham Gaol and the horrors of the Irish Potato Famine. Finally a light-hearted tale about how Mike got the name 'Mike the Cat' This is Part 2 of the Ireland series but can be listened on it's own without needing to listen to part 1 'The Father of all Fenlons'
The Father of all Fenlons
A love letter to my long lost Irish Grandparents full of funny wild tales about a trip to Ireland I took as a teenager to the birthplace of the Father of all Fenlons
Pass The Port - Travel Edition
The world threw many obstacles at me this week, this is a shorter, or travel sized edition of the Uncredible Pod. Hear what happened when I lost my passport in the toilets at Barcelona Airport.
Dental Damnation
The time Cornelius had an adrenaline injection fuelled panic attack at the dentist. Locked himself in the toilet and refused to come out until his wife had come to save him. Get comfy and join me for another one of our cosy chats, a buffet of all the second-hand embarrassment you can eat. Content warning: Dental work & a story about dog turd. No Swearing, nothing that would shock your grandma.
