TDaKT: S4 EP9 SavvyMac

In this episode, the Two Dudes welcome Dan Savich to the Green Room. Kal and Neil have know Savvy for decades and all played soccer at UDM together. Savvy scored the biggest goal in UDM history that helped lead us to the NCAA Tournament. It was during college that they all saw Rusted Root for the first time and their biggest hit will always be known as “Savvy on the Way” Listen in to this one as they talk about the soccer road trips on the vans, our failed pump up music before games, and who SavvyMac has in his Forever Five.

TDaKT: S4 EP8 Brian Perrone

In this episode, the Two Dudes welcome Brian Perrone to the Green Room. Kal and Brian met over Instagram but this is the first time meeting in person. Although they were two of the original 50 to see Tool at Lollapalooza '93 on the Second Stage at Milan Dragway in Milan, MI. Listen in as they remember "The Storm" from that day. Brian is an accomplished local musician who writes songs, plays keys, and also a pretty killer drummer. Listen in as they talk about how Brian got is start in music at a young age, his burnout high school years, and the EP he just released. Brian played a show at Detroit's Eastern Market Brewing Co. the night before and gets into some of his upcoming shows as well. Make sure to check him out on his socials.

TDaKT: S4 EP7 Robyn and Jason, Hard G Comedy

In this episode, the Two Dudes welcome Robyn and Jason Gilleran of Hard G Comedy to the Green Room. Kal has been following this Comic Duo for a couple of years now and was finally able to get them in the studio. They perform shows all over the US and Robyn's set has been referred to as "filthy" on more than one occasion, she has buttons to prove it. TDaKT: S4 EP6 Brian Maloney

In this episode, the Two Dudes welcomed Brian Maloney via Zoom. If you don't know Brian, he is the driving force behind the Sonic Coast and Sonic Detroit. If you want to know anything about Michigan Music, Brian is your guy. Brian started out in radio after graduating from Specs Howard and spent time throughout the US at various radio stations. Kal and Brian connected a few years ago and the Two Dudes have been wanting him on our show for a while now. They talked about the incredible concert season around Detroit this summer, some cool old venues that are no longer around or hanging on by a thread, and when Brian can get back into town so they can all hit a show together. This episode was Pure Michigan.

TDaKT: S4 EP5 Because Hearn F#cked Up

In this episode, the Two Dudes go without a guest for the first time in Season 4. After collaborating with Craig Hearn of We Are Soccer at the Dog and Pony Show Brewing in Royal Oak, Craig realized the audio didn't work. The Two Dudes love these episodes and talked about the Dog and Pony Show five year anniversary celebration going on right now, the upcoming World Cup, the Primus show, and Bourbon & Beyond coming up in September. TDaKT: S4 EP4 Brittany and Dana

In this episode, the Two Dudes welcome fellow podcaster Brittany Racine and Dana Anderson to the Green Room. Kal originally met these two in February when Brittany hosted a Coffee and Collab event at Dana's Studio, Pure Barre in Brighton, MI. The event was centered around business owners and creatives goalsetting for '26, which Kal used for the TDaKT S4 Strategy. They talked about how Brittany came up with the idea for her podcast, Might Get Loud which Dana was the first guest on. Just like TDaKT, they had to rerecord it due to "Technical Difficulties" (Operator Error). Make sure to give it a Follow. Listen in to hear who their first concert was, what concerts they have coming up, and who makes their Forever Five. Spoiler, there a couple of crossovers with these two. This episode talks the most Country since S1 EP3 with Paul Kaliszewski, not that that's a bad thing.

TDaKT: S4 EP3 Gabby

In this episode, the Two Dudes welcome Gabby back to the show. Gabby was on S1 EP5 with Black Note Graffiti during our first ever Zoom episode. Gabby fronts this rock band from Ann Arbor and they have played BurnFest A2 multiple times and also played at Upheaval Festival in Grand Rapids. As if Gabby wasn't busy enough, she started fronting the metal band, Annex Void. It is amazing to hear the death metal screams coming from Gabby and still have no idea how she does it. Annex Void will be playing at Upheaval Festival this year, on the same bill as Gojira. We have always been one of Gabby's biggest fans since we first met her three years ago and have been keeping an eye on her ever since. TDaKT: S4 EP2 Sarah Mudry

In this episode, the Two Dudes welcomed Sarah Mudry to the Green Room. Kal and Neil have known Sarah dating back to their UDM Soccer days. Sarah spent a lot of time in Colorado and has seen a ton of shows at Red Rocks. She is also a huge Phish fan and has gone Phishin’ all over, including a pretty crazy roadtrip to Florida. We were all over the place with this one, from UDM road trips in the vans with Kal driving, Sarah’s MS diagnosis, her Forever Five, and so much more.

TDaKT: S4 EP1 Chris and Benner

In this episode, the Two Dudes welcome two Canadian dudes to kick off Season 4. Chris Giroux and Benner of Black Fawn Distribution joined from Hamilton, Ontario via Zoom. Given Kal's travels through Ontario over the last year, it seemed like a great way to get things started on TDaKT's 3rd Anniversary. Kal met Chris on Instagram because a shared follower, TDaKT S2 EP25 Alum, Peter DiStefano of Porno for Pyros, who is currently in the Psychedelic Furs. After some back and forth, Kal and Chris met in Hamilton and talked music, concerts, movies, and everything in between. This one runs a bit long at 1:45, but when Benner brings a three ring binder of ticket stubs you take your time. Chris and Benner go 1 vs 1 on their Forever Five's with no repeats, so this Playlist is going to be so Swet. These four need to plan a Detroit concert along with another episode of TDaKT from the Green Room, stay tuned.

TDaKT: S3 EP24 Season in Review

In this episode, the Two Dudes review Season 3 in the finale episode. Listen in as they talk about their favorite episodes, concerts, and Killer Tunes of the Season. It is still hard to believe that we are finishing up Season 3 and Year 3 of TDaKT and want to thank everyone for following along with us. Make sure to check this one out to see what TDaKT has coming up for Season 4. It is already shaping up to be our biggest yet.
