Our guest today is a very special connection of mine, my dear coworker Mika! Mika is the most brilliant coffee educator, her role at Joe Coffee is Barista Trainer. She teaches so many different people - our own teams of baristas, our wholesale clients, the public. She has an amazing talent of meeting people where they are, and balancing their understanding of quality with inclusive education.
