Mr. Durrah is responsible for leading Solano County Behavioral Health’s equity efforts as well as supporting the county’s MHSA community program planning and monitoring efforts and participating on various committees including California’s Mental Health Oversight and Accountability Commission’s Cultural Linguistic Competence Committee. He received his undergraduate degree in Social Work from Tuskegee University and a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Southern California.
