A traveling (Trippin) Silver Daddy explores destinations and shares personal stories with life lessons, which will amuse, enlighten, and entertain you. It may even change your outlook on life. Trippin with Silver Daddy explores Memphis, Tennessee. Memphis is the fifth-most populous city in the Southeast, the nation's 28th-most populous overall, as well as the largest city bordering the Mississippi River and third largest metropolitan statistical area behind Greater St. Louis and the Twin Cities on the Mississippi River. With blues clubs on Beale Street originating the unique Memphis blues sound, the city has been nicknamed the "Home of the Blues". Its music has continued to be shaped by a multicultural mix of influences: country, rock and roll, soul, and hip-hop. Sun Recordings Studios recorded some of Elvis Presley’s first records and many other famous musicians. No visit to Memphis is really a true visit unless you eat “Memphis Ribs” or a stop to Graceland.
