In Episode 7 of the Tricky To Title podcast I spend time with Ella Richardson, a consultant specialising in learning behaviour and psychology. We explore the behaviors that organisations will need to embed in order to make Gen AI work for them. Apologies in advance for my voice, I was gifted a cold and asthma for Christmas it appears!
In Episode 6 I speak with Glen Golding, an Executive Headteacher about what Corporate Learning can take from education practices and how different (or not!) child learning is to adult learning. We talk through the role of Apprenticeships in the workforce both now and the future, how these will change with the advent of AI and consider some of the bias they both help to solve but also potentially create.
