BONUS | How I Came to Love my Body

Today, in honor of the upcoming Venus retrograde in Scorpio, I decided to share with you what the tipping point was in healing my relationship with my body — and yours! After decades of struggling with eating disorders — anorexia and bulimia — and a ton of work + facing of my fears, something magical happened that radically transformed how I relate to my body. So many people struggle with a messed up body image nowadays that one doesn't really need a full-blown ED to be in dire need of healing that aspect of one's life… I hope this helps anyone, in any way.
