Exponential organizations are formed on one of the three roots:

1. Algorithm – Amazon/Google are a clear example of an Algorithm model. We are using these because of their unbeatable algorithm.

2. Crowd and Community – TED Talks is a clear example of community. It is a community where ideas and thoughts are spread across the members of the community.

3. Engagement – Tesla is an example of engagement. We are engaged with Tesla at a spiritual level citing the environmental impact. In the future, given an option we would prefer to buy Tesla over any other brand because of this engagement.
