Stages in a S-curve:

1. Innovation stage - Need to have patience, perseverance, persistence. At this stage growth is slow but gradual.

2. Growth Stage - Rapid growth in a short period. Cash flow is good, entrepreneur tends to commit mistakes here, think of starting something new.

3. Maturity Stage - At this stage growth is not depleting, either you are stagnant or falling.
