Connie is a director for a public hospital in a metropolitan area. She is passionate about serving her community and facilitating an efficient organization, but her world comes crashing down after accepting to take on a new ward ruled by a bullying doctor, Dr. M, who becomes determined to sabotage Connie's career and force her out of her job. Dr. M’s political ties and demands create a toxic work environment for everyone around her.
