Gwen's new company seems ideal in the beginning. They have a beautiful facility which includes a gymnasium, beer machine and welcoming people, but once she gets inside the company, she realizes there is no depth and no trust. The president helicopters around all day looking over shoulders and policing time. Her toxic boss cusses out an assistant and is quick to throw anyone under the bus. She finds herself miserable at her job and loathing a place that once seemed promising.
