Human Works Ephesians 2:10

What are human works good for? Well, definitely not “absolutely nothing!” Let’s dive into the heart of scripture and discover how our lives are masterpieces designed for purpose. Understanding Our Identity: God’s Masterpiece The Apostle Paul’s letter to the Ephesians was written to a diverse, vibrant community facing questions about identity and purpose. In Ephesians 2:10, Paul declares, “For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.” The Greek word for “handiwork” is poiema—meaning a masterpiece or work of art. Imagine that: you are a masterpiece, handcrafted by the Creator! This isn’t just poetic language; it’s foundational for understanding our worth and purpose. We are intentional creations, filled with inherent value. Embracing this truth invites us to celebrate our individuality and gifts, inspiring us to share our unique contributions with the world.

"Repent" is one such word—frequently spoken, quickly understood on the surface, but rarely explored for the profound transformation it truly represents. At Toward The Lord “All Aboard” 501c3, our mission is to spread God’s word both through spiritual encouragement and by meeting financial needs, helping individuals and families experience the fullness of God’s love. Today, we invite you to journey with us deeper into the real meaning of repentance.

Embrace The Finish: The Power of "It Is Finished".

In a world constantly chasing the next goal, often we overlook the significance of completion. One of the most profound declarations in Scripture is found in John 19:30, where Jesus proclaims, “It is finished.” This powerful phrase encapsulates the essence of fulfillment, grace, and the end of striving. let's take a moment to reflect on what "It is finished" truly means for us as individuals and as a collective community of faith.
