What’d we learn from FPL GW1?

The Premier League is back, and so is the chaos. This week we dive into the standout performances and big questions from Gameweek 1, from Liverpool, Spurs, and City’s attacking assets looking sharp to the premiums of Haaland, Palmer, Salah, and Saka and how each of them performed. We discuss whether Semenyo could be an early-season gem, if FPL managers need to be Reijned in after his 860,000 transfers in to teams, take a closer look at Eze’s impact with the move to Arsenal, and whether Kudus is already a must-have. We also shine a light on the pretenders of the opening week, asking if Sunderland are already in trouble and whether we’re in for another Chris Wood-defining season.
