We are so far behind on residential construction that certainly no time in the near future are we're going to overbuild. There are some YouTube channels out there and some doomsday predictors that every day of every year are predicting the downfall of the housing market and one of these days eventually they'll be right but there's no logical reason that Dallas Fort Worth anytime in the near future will have a real estate market downturn unless the entire economy has some horrible outcome.
Should DFW change their name to DFFW with this other F being Frisco?? We've been saying this for a long long time time!
