#47 - The Shrek Effect

If you’ve ever wanted to hear two people with ADHD try to host a podcast, this is the perfect episode for you. Brace yourselves, because we cover everything: Ingrid Andress’ National Anthem performance (6:48-14:37), some incredibly controversial Hello Kitty news (14:37-19:01), and Shrek 5/Audrey’s famed obsession with Shrek (19:18-52:34).

What starts as an innocent conversation about ogres turns into an unpacking of our favorite Alec Baldwin content (27:42-30:52), Colin Jost’s comedy tour, our celebrity doppelgängers (32:40-41:21) and reboot wins/flops AKA lots of yapping about Gossip Girl and our fear of seeing Chad Michael Murray and Zac Efron look any different than they did in the 2000s (41:34-53:33).

Audrey calls out Emily’s crispy R and does a scarily accurate impression of Kourtney Kardashian (53:47-56:16) and we do a brief Love Island USA dive into Kendall and Caine’s problematic moments (1:03:45-1:10:05).

Finally, as much as we love this one….stay tuned for a very exciting next episode ! ! !
