Being on Braydon's crew for his first-ever Ultra was an incredible experience. I'm so lucky I got to see all of his hard work pay off on the course. Braydon is a man with grit, drive, and determination. I'm lucky he was willing to sit down and talk about the experience. I hope you enjoy learning from a champion!
Sarah is a Utah-based muralist who travels around the country to paint. I once stumbled across her Instagram and later hired her to paint my van! Since the van was my only transportation, I was able to sit around and watch as she painted and we became good friends. She would claim that she's more a marketing specialist than an artist but that doesn't stop her from being an incredible painter.
I'm not going to lie, Braydon is pretty hardcore. He's currently training for a 50-mile ultra run and is an incredible runner. I wanted to understand his motivation for this insane challenge better, so I hope you enjoy as I dive into his training program and the events that led up to this insane race.
Jacob Barnes is a close friend of mine that is exceptionally good at making the most out of life. He is always discovering new ways to optimize and grow to be his best self. In this episode, we dive right into his app, Schezzy, that he is building with his brother, Lucas. If you're obsessed with being productive like we are, then I think you'll enjoy this episode.
TD is one of the top photographers in Utah and I'm lucky enough to have him as one of my close friends. He has "golden retriever" energy and loves to share his passion for photography with others through his Instagram: @tdcameraman Here's a peek into how he's blown up and been able to go full time in photography.
