The Talking Heart
Traumatized Inner Child
How Trauma Is Stored
por The Talking Heart
I talk about the inner child, being vulnerable, and dealing with trauma which can be termed as having "mental health issues".
I explain how trauma gets stuck in our body, cells, mind and subconscious.
I share my metaphorical yet practical approach to cleaning your inner house. This is an introduction and invitation for you to begin your journey of healing. It starts right here.
