Unlock Your Magic: Trust and Create with Ebonë Shardae
The latest podcast episode was recorded earlier this year during my stay in Costa Rica, providing a backdrop of soothing bird chirps. Ebonë and I shared the same YTT 300-hour experience at Amaser in Puerto Viejo and developed a close friendship. She's a truly magical individual, making every conversation with her a joy and enriching experience. In this episode, we explore topics such as discovering meditation and happiness in the little things and embracing the profound power of presence.
Ep. 6 Una Handzic on how to listen to your body in order to make the right decisions
Hi and welcome to another episode of the skill of happiness where it is my aim to gain a greater understanding of what happiness is by talking to people from different communities with diverse perspectives. I find it so interesting how people always seem to have their very own understanding of what happiness is, and still, it is usually pretty much the same definition if you investigate it. Today’s guest is my very good friend Una, and I am super excited to share this episode with you! Finding positive words to describe her is easy. Una is such an amazing, loving, open and brave human being. I am very grateful for our conversation and I’m eager to share it with you. If you haven’t already done so, I would highly appreciate you like and subscribe to the podcast. Thank you!
Ep. 5 Back to the roots with Edwin Cabascango
On exploring new cultures and giving back to your roots. Edwin and I share the interest in sauna rituals and cold water exposure, and that is also how we became friends. We have spoken about doing a podcast together a long time ago, so it was natural to invite him as a guest.
Ep. 4 Lejla Musovic on the dance of life
Lejla shares beautifully about her journey in life and what's most important for her.
Ep. 3 - From Ketosis to a sugar high with Trym Syversen
In this episode of The Skill of Happiness, Trym W. Syversen shares about his journey from a strict keto diet to putting sugar in his coffee. Ketosis is a state of metabolism where the body uses fat for energy instead of glucose (sugar). One way to get to ketosis is to restrict from eating for at least 12 hours, but you can also follow a ketogenic diet which is high on fat. This is quite the opposite of following a sugar-based diet. So, let's dive into this episode and find out what happened and why he did a 180 turn. Hope you get some good information about this interesting topic and how our body behaves.
Ep. 2 - Face your fears and go for the dream with Cecilie Bolander
My guest today is former judo player and current MMA fighter Cecilie Bolander. If you have seen her in the cage, you have probably noticed a strong and fearless woman. She is also so much more than just that. She has this incredible mindset that is consistently driving her towards her dreams of becoming a MMA world champion. Our conversation is filled with laughs and joy, and as always, I had this tingling feeling inside my body after talking to her. The feeling of being inspired. One of the reasons she has this effect on people probably has a lot to do with her honesty and ability to share the highs as well as the lows. We speak about courage, family, karma and of course happiness.
