We can only love someone for as long as they are willing to love themselves. If one is able to love themselves they are capable of growing their love within another. I love that it represents the unification of two individuals on a journey of self-discovery drawn together by the love of one another that grows within each other.

Like I always say the only person who ever truly has your back will always be by your side who will support you, inspire you and motivate you and hold you accountable. Who is that person you ask? It is you and only you. Nobody will love you as much as you love yourself.

How often do we become slaves to the words that Are never spoken and the words That never should. We have allowed language two determine our happiness and our way of life. So we will allow others to use language to control our identity, perception, our being and our way of life. They deny us the beauty, mystery and ideas that are birthed through language.

To Love Others You First Must Love Yourself

To love others you must first love yourself. To see the value of your individuality. To be interested in your growth in the experiences of pain, pleasure, success and failure. Caring for your emotional well-being and your mental well-being and your physical well-being by taking the necessary time and effort to take vitamins and supplements that strengthen and boost your immune system. taking probiotics so that you have a healthy gut biome working out doing strength training and endurance training as well as yoga. Having concerns for the way people treat you and perceive you, the friends and family you allow to, support and inspire and aid you.

Love Has Many Detergents

Individuals allow mind parasites to stunt their growth in love. The mind parasites create barriers that obstruct critical thinking, rationality and produce emotional unbalance. Leading individuals to become infected by the mind parasite producing self inflicted wounds on the mind body and spirit through cognitive distractions. These cognitive distractions are amplified by the mind parasites and lead individuals towards decisions, actions and words that will do much harm upon themselves and potentially others.

Love Knows No Age

In the art of living change is the necessary ingredient in self actualization. No matter what stage of the hero's journey you find yourself in. Dissatisfaction with self is the spark that lights the fuse towards personhood that awakens the true self from the false self coma. The first steps towards that spark, ignites the embers of self actualization. The void begins to fill with the light of self motivation and dedication.
