It can be so hard to keep our thoughts and emotions in check when we are growing through a lot. One thing we must try and do it accept when we are in this space and try not to judge ourselves to harshly. Next, acknowledge the root of the negativity. Then, talk yourself through your thoughts and feels. From there share with those around you to get it fully off your chest, and maybe even get a little guidance.
