My name is Cait, I’m your host, and this week, Take 5, I’m in conversation with Sam Holmes and Harry Phillips from one of my all-time favourite bands, and I’m really not just saying that, Night Flight.

Night Flight’s music has been a long-time companion of mine, and to sit down with Sam and Harry to talk about their creative process and the making of their latest record, Exit Stage Left, was honestly a bit surreal.

This offering marks a new era for the band in their first collaboration with producer Caradog Jones, and whilst the new record is unmistakably Night Flight, there’s a real broadening of their sound. It feels more dynamic in scope, but it's still rooted in that emotional honesty that’s always defined their music.
