This could be an unpopular opinion amongst some folks, but I am of the opinion that we cant let whining and crying creep into youth sports. There's really no place for it. Is there a "crying time out"-- NO. What would we be teaching kids if we were to allow them to just cry every time something doesn't go their way on the field??? maybe that's what's wrong with young people today? maybe they think they can jsut cry about something and they will get their way? Figures.....sign your kids up for sports and don't let them whine their way through it and cry about everything. Make sure you have a coach that will push them!
