It all begins in our minds. As we continue to reflect, we see the importance of our own mental health and mindset. Recovery and prevention are the drivers for a healthy growth mindset. The power of our own awareness reveals lingering internal unresolved, unhealed perceptions, moments, and feelings needing our attention. We all have that nagging feeling of things that need to be addressed internally. It is very challenging to be fully present with these unresolved moments. We sit with them to process, understand, honor, and fully accept them.
