Tattva is a Sanskrit word meaning “truth, reality, principle, thatness” Each Tuesday will feature someone and dive into their spiritual journey, how they found God/Source/Truth Within and see what comes through! Born and raised in Burlington, NJ, Lauren Covington is a free-spirited Aquarius whose deep connection to the spiritual realm has guided her personal and professional journey. Her exploration of spirituality began as a teenager when her father introduced her to The Secret, a book that revealed the power of the Law of Attraction and the ability to manifest one’s dreams. This early spark ignited a lifelong passion for understanding and connecting with unseen forces—a journey that continues to evolve. As an adult, Lauren fully embraced the wisdom of spirituality, incorporating it into her daily life. Manifestation became a cornerstone of her existence—creating vision boards, seeking regular psychic readings, and aligning herself with the energy of her desires. These practices not only helped her achieve her dreams but also inspired her to guide others in unlocking their potential and manifesting their own aspirations. In addition to her work with manifestation, Lauren is a trained doula, offering compassionate support to women through the transformative journey of childbirth. Her doula practice is deeply rooted in spirituality, as she believes that pregnancy, birth, and motherhood are sacred, spiritual experiences. She offers her clients not only physical support but emotional and spiritual guidance, helping them connect with the profound power of creation during this pivotal time in their lives. Driven by a mission to empower others, Lauren founded Level Up Experience, a traveling business focused on helping people unlock their potential and manifest their travel goals. Whether through one-on-one sessions, group gatherings, or personalized insights, Lauren’s work is designed to make leveling up your travel experience feel seamless and transformative. She works diligently to directly and ethically source coffee, tea, and other ingredients at Plant Bar. You can often find her serving tea in Asheville. She is passionate about sharing the tea plant, Camelia sinensis, through the mindful art of Chinese tea - Gong Fu Cha. She regularly holds tea service at community events in Asheville and teaches classes on Gong Fu. She also offers lifestyle and endocannabinoid health support through private consultations. The principles of alchemy are woven into all of Nikki’s work, and she focuses on studying and embodying the laws of Nature.
