After a month in Thailand, I decided to turn the internet into my travel journal. What started as friendly directions, temples, and a cheap tuk-tuk ride turned into a four-hour, highly coordinated setup that ended with a $1,200 tailor scam. It’s the classic “the palace is closed” trick... and somehow we still fell for it.
