Passive Aggressiveness

Passive Aggressiveness is a 'shy' way of trying to express a boundary; only, it can backfire! Listen to this episode of how this trait can effect relationships, and hear a question a listener wrote in about. Love is alive, and on the air, we talk all about relationships, relationship problems, and the best ways to have a positive, flowing relationship.

Emotionally Healthy Relationships

Emotional health, and what is considered emotionally healthy, rarely gets addressed! As a Life and Relationship Coach since 2007, I love sharing what this looks like, so in this episode I unpack the signs of healthy behaviors for partners to evaluate their communication and how they work things out, so they can grow and become a strong, emotionally healthy couple!

Unhealthy Relationships

Ever wonder if you have a compatible relationship? Do you ever wonder if you and your partner are a good match? Some relationships stay together based on this strong attraction, but the truth is, without an emotional connection, the partnership can just sustain on chemistry, but won't sustain on the physical magnetism alone- it takes more. By listening to this episode, you can learn what UNHEALTHY relationships look like, and be able to evaluate if you are in one! Join Life Coach, Relationship expert, and Inspirational speaker, Annalisa O'Toole, on her Radio Show, live from Young Harris, GA...as she shares her advice on unhealthy characteristics in relationships. Controlling Anger, Regulating our Emotions

Controlling anger and regulating our emotions are both so important for quality communication in relationships to flow. If we can remain calm, understand how to best use positive tones, stay in a controlled state of calm, and express ourselves without allowing our emotions to escalate to the point of anger or rage, we are in a sweet spot for communicating positively. The goal is always to express our feelings, but feel safe to do that! Safety to share thoughts and feelings is a big problem in relationships, so if we can correct this, and offer our partners listening, really focus on their being the problem holder, and we can validate, understand, and support them, it goes a long way in making our partner feel understood and supported!
