Driven by a passion for increasing diversity and equity in her field, Dr. Adkins founded Exceed Three, Inc., a nonprofit dedicated to empowering pre-DPT students. Inspired by a mission to bridge the gap, being that only 3% of African American students are in DPT programs, Exceed Three offers invaluable resources such as mock interviews, essay reviews, and pre-PT anatomy and kinesiology support.
