After all that's happened this week in regards to the interview with Harry and Meghan, I thought it a good time to chat a bit about my opinions and experience with these difficult issues.

Everyone knows by now I'm a pretty open book, I'm very happy to talk about my past and my anxiety/depression. But I've never really chatted too much about feeling suicidal, which I have on a number of occasions. I chatted about the different worries you feel when you're talking about these issues.
