Luis is a friend from another life, Vanity is friend from Saturday. It was a little unorthodox how we did this episode but I think we made it happen. We talk about almost everything and I like how they introduced things that I had never heard so that I can demonstrate how to here something interesting but not take it as factual or even worse repeat it until you do your own homework. It was good to catch up with a friend and the result is a good calm conversation. Enjoy.
Alex "Ander" Velasquez has a lot of insight in topics about todays culture. He is also a human memorization machine so I would wage he knows more about sports, music and movies than anyone I know. Our conversations are always my favorite and I had a blast sitting down with him. I invited Isabelle on to the show because I thought she had found success in a nutrition and exercise regimen of her own fruition, it wasn't until later I realized that she had started business along side the most know dietary supplement company in our area. I have my thoughts about this company and didn't want to completely shoot down her endeavor so I chose to be open and the result is an amazing conversation with a fellow human on their journey through nutrition and exercise.
