The same principle applies in business and leadership. Great leaders do not pretend to know everything. They acknowledge their weaknesses, surround themselves with people who are stronger in those areas, and remain willing to learn. Sometimes the best thing a leader can say is, “I don’t know, but I’ll find someone who does.”
