Notas del episodio
The White Lotus arrives in Sicily for its second season, opening with a flash-forward: Daphne Sullivan discovers bodies floating off the resort beach, all of them hotel guests. The episode rewinds one week to check-in day, introducing three groups — tech couple Ethan and Harper Spiller vacationing with old-money friends Cameron and Daphne Sullivan, three generations of Di Grasso men on a heritage trip, and returning character Tanya McQuoid-Hunt navigating a strained marriage to the secretive Greg. By nightfall, Cameron has exposed himself to Harper in what may or may not be an accident, Dominic Di Grasso's wife has ended their marriage over years of infidelity, and local sex worker Lucia has slipped past hotel security to meet her client — Dominic himself.
The premiere establishes the season's central architecture: men crossing lines, women absorbing the damage, and a countdown clock running beneath every interaction. The flash-forward reframes each introduction as a potential cause of death, while the Testa di Moro legend — a Sicilian folk story about a woman who beheads her unfaithful lover — makes the show's thematic preoccupations explicit from the first episode.
