Welcome to The Village Oak Tree

I’m your host, Terrance Ó Domhnaill.

Thank you for joining me again.

I have another book review for you this week. This time, it’s a short book that means a lot to me and to all veterans of the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan. This is a good addition to my podcast topic from last week, about how spoiled Americans are, and in this case, it’s young soldiers.

Then I found a news story on NPR about how Trump’s minions sent a memo out across the country promoting the institutionalization of disabled people like we used to do before we educated ourselves.

So, gather round, sit you down somewhere comfortable for a bit to tell you about this book about how the American soldiers behaved in Iraq during the war years, and more.
