The garden is no longer quiet.

The man who once walked with God now hides among the trees. Fear has entered the story. Shame has covered what innocence once left uncovered. And then the Lord asks the question that echoes through the rest of Scripture:

“Where are you?”

It is not because God has lost Adam. It is because Adam has lost himself.

The first trial begins. Adam blames the woman. The woman blames the serpent. But beneath every excuse is the same fracture: sin has broken trust, love, and communion.

Yet even here, in the hiding and the accusation, the Red Thread has not disappeared. The God who exposes sin is also the God who comes looking for the lost.
