Craig founded Vibrant in 2015 to address the frustrations and challenges of the modern workplace. With experience across industries, roles, and four countries, Craig witnessed broken systems within workplaces that affected both employees and employers.

He believes work can be a force for good, benefiting businesses through stronger performance, retention, and profitability, while providing employees with stability, connection, confidence, and purpose.
