Instead of bringing on a guest, for this first episode I would like to explain why I've decided to create a podcast. In December of 2025, I published an article called "It's No Wonder I Tried to Kill Myself".

I learned very quickly that my own observations of our "post iPhone world" are shared by many, and I'm more sure than ever that either something is going to give, or something needs to change.
