In this episode of The Human Connection Podcast, Vikas talks about what it's like to be a first-time dad while building a dental SaaS company in Ireland. The company is five years old, has raised a seed round, and is on its third pivot. He and his wife are immigrants with no family nearby. His shift to a commercial role meant a heavy travel quarter, and one of those trips came while his son was sick at home.
