Detroit Finally Pulls the Plug on Yzerman — Was It the Right Call? Plus A Lions Position Group Ranking

Steve Yzerman is out as General Manager of the Detroit Red Wings after seven seasons without a single playoff appearance — and ownership had seen enough. Tyler and Kyle break down the Yzerman firing, whether it was the right move, and what it means for the future of Hockeytown.

Then the guys shift gears to Lions season — ranking every position group heading into training camp and settling the debate on where Detroit's biggest strengths and weaknesses actually are.

The Grit-Iron Report is Detroit's loudest, most passionate sports podcast — Lions first, all Detroit, no apologies. Hosts Tyler and Kyle bring the heat every week with scorching hot takes, heated debates, snake drafts, Mount Rushmores, and real listener voicemails from the most loyal fan base in sports.
