Narcissistic Bible Reading

We often read the Bible expecting God to do these major things for us while reading or maybe we can find ourself in the story that will magically help us fix our life. Well, the Bible is not about you or me. the Bible is about a Holy God who has chosen to show how he has worked in history to redeem a particular people unto himself.
