The Conversation Tree - A Sabbath School Podcast por Sheldon Peart

Notas del episodio

We often evaluate our faith by asking if we are becoming more like Jesus, but today's study pushes deeper to the ultimate question : What kind of God do we actually believe in ? First John 4:8 does not merely state that God loves; it declares that God is love. Love is not just an action He performs, but His essential character. Faith trusts His character, hope waits on His promises, and love allows His nature to become visible through us.

If we claim to believe in a God who is patient, forgiving, and welcoming, yet live as harsh, proud, and unforgiving people, we do not merely fail to love—we present a distorted image of God to the world. True spiritual maturity is letting His character live through us.
