The 30-Day Challenge Series to grow your social media presence
Explícito
Hey everyone, welcome back to "The 30-Day Challenge Series" – the podcast where we don't just talk about social media growth strategies, we actually PUT THEM TO THE TEST. I'm your host Luna Hardy, and if you're tired of generic advice that sounds good but never works, you're in the right place. Today, I'm breaking down what happened during last month's challenge: "Post 5 Times a Day on Instagram for 30 Days Straight." Yeah, you heard that right. FIVE posts. Every single day. For a month. Now, I know what you're thinking – "Isn't that spammy? Won't the algorithm punish you?" That's exactly what I thought too. But I kept seeing conflicting advice online. Some gurus say consistency is everything. Others say you'll tank your engagement rate. So I decided to find out the truth. Let me give you some context first. The account I used was a mid-sized lifestyle brand with about 12,000 followers at the start. Average engagement rate was around 3.2% – pretty decent, but nothing crazy. I planned out a content mix: product shots, behind-the-scenes, user-generated content, educational carousels, and Reels. The goal wasn't just to post randomly five times, but to test if high-frequency posting could actually accelerate Instagram growth and boost our overall social media presence.
