The Daily Show is talking about sex in space.
And yes, they basically summoned us.
In this first 0g-SPOT Quickie, Eric and Alicia react to a recent Daily Show segment exploring the “Thousand Mile High Club” and the realities of intimacy in microgravity.
From a 20-year-old “two suit” designed for space sex to very real questions about fluids, hygiene, and logistics, the conversation quickly goes from comedy to curiosity.
We get into:
- The infamous two-person space suit and whether it actually works
- What happens to bodily fluids in microgravity
- Hygiene, clothing, and whether astronauts even do laundry
- Why this conversation keeps disappearing and coming back
- Whether we are early… or just weird
This is a quick, unfiltered reaction to seeing a mainstream show finally go there.
Because the question is not if people are thinking about sex in space.
It is why we are still pretending they are not.
