INC Ransom typically enters via compromised credentials, escalates to admin, then steals data for double-extortion. Practical warning for healthcare and critical-infrastructure operators: credential hygiene, phishing-resistant MFA, limiting privilege escalation, monitoring and incident-response readiness.
