Week 2 of the Derek Chauvin trial has come to a close. Many believe that the Prosecution took a victory lap this week, as they brought in multiple Police officials and medical examiners to testify to the use of Chauvin's force and how that force was the cause of Mr. Floyd's death. In this episode I discuss how the Defense's "burden of reasonable doubt" played out in court this week; and how the specific instructions given to the jury, may throw a wrench in the Prosecution's case.
